No other agency possesses the expertise that we do to address today's most pressing challenges to drive business transformation through media.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Global Client Operations Vice President is an integral role within the Spark Foundry team, responsible for monitoring and building internal operational processes throughout the account. A keen eye for detail and forward thinking are key attributes that are essential for this position.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support development of an integrated model process, ways of working, RACI, standards and best practices to connect people, process and platforms from strategy all the way through measurement/reporting across agencies</p> </li><li> <p>Govern, customize and continuously optimize the integrated agency process according to regional/ segment needs to ensure client needs are met</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a primary stakeholder with external agency partners to align on processes, ways of working and hand-offs</p> </li><li> <p>Work in partnership with global & regional capability leads to deploy and train regional teams on onboarding materials, processes, including systems, tools, and troubleshooting, to support global agency operations</p> </li><li> <p>Own and manage tool access across the ecosystem, ensuring appropriate permissions for both internal and external teams across platforms, including reporting, budget management, invoicing, DSPs, and more</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the global budget management process, including training markets and driving consistent, accurate weekly updates with operational excellence</p> </li><li> <p>Manage a centralized solution for file sharing, comms, triage ticketing, new hire onboarding, etc., to ensure a seamless E2E operating model across all Global capabilities/markets</p> </li><li> <p>Deploy the Powerhouse Ops tools to fuel the IAT process, transferring current manual and Excel-based documents into Smartsheet</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with capability leads & ops teams to put governance measures in place to ensure seamless delivery and execution in alignment with service agreements</p> </li><li> <p>Design and delivery of a consistent set of templates to be leveraged across teams (meeting recaps and memos, status reports, timelines, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Support central and regional client operational initiatives such as QBRs/annual meetings, agency survey deployment and action planning, KPI management/centralized tracking</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Deliverables:</p> <ul> <li>Tailored models across segments/regions and implementation of said process with ongoing Q&A and support of cross-functional and cross geography </li><li>Ongoing optimization of macro process and support in development of double-clicks and deep dives into RACIs, capability double-clicks, adoption of tech/tools, etc. </li><li>Cross-Capability QBR reviews at the regional/segment level </li><li>Cross-Capability KPI governance and tracking according to service level agreements </li><li>Implementation and support of agency-level surveys and action plans </li><li>Client partnership in development of an aligned and consistent set of program management templates </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must have 10+ years of experience in global operations (agency, consultancy, or equivalent) including working with internal teams and external clients to manage global teams with complex operational ecosystems. </li><li>Must have a firm grasp of the end-to-end planning/buying processes and how various agency and client functions work together within those processes. Responsible for ensuring guidance is given to all teams on enhancing the product as the account matures. </li><li>Strong understanding of automated workflow systems and project management tools. </li><li>Strong project and time management skills, including proven history of meeting overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Exceptional communication skills -- able to write clearly, speak professionally, and convey complex processes and technical concepts in a digestible way to both internal and external teams. </li><li>Extreme attention to detail and highly organized - must be able to quality-check their teams' work to ensure data anomalies and mistakes are caught prior to delivery to the client teams. </li><li>Strong internal and client management experience both presenting and resolving issues. </li><li>Self-directed critical thinker and proactive problem-solver - takes the initiative and offers creative solutions to problems. </li><li>Strong leadership qualities with ability to both delegate when appropriate but also be "hands on" when the situation calls for it </li><li>Confident, collaborative, outgoing, resourceful, and able to operate at a fast pace and make quick decisions, even with imperfect information. </li><li>Global mindset with cultural fluency and sensitivity. </li><li>A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and able to maintain a calm, professional demeanor, no matter the circumstances. </li><li>Experience with Guideline (MediaTools) and the MediaOcean suite of products (Prisma, Spectra OX). </li><li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
