If you thrive on solving complex infrastructure challenges and mentoring high performing teams, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:</p> <ul> <li>Support the deployment of IT-related networking equipment in standardized environments </li><li>Work with all SecureIT teams to maintain and publish accurate implementation schedules; receive and inventory hardware components; help develop and maintain thorough documentation for processes and system configurations </li><li>Collaborate with senior IT &?Security leaders to deliver compliant, efficient products </li><li>Oversee recruiting, task assignment, scheduling, performance reviews, and other managerial duties for the Networking team </li><li>Provide regular, comprehensive status updates to managers, team leads, project managers, and business partners, and facilitate necessary meetings </li><li>Act as a 2nd/3rd-level escalation point for operational systems, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>12 or more years of IT experience including both technical and people leadership experience with a Bachelor Degree preferred </li><li>4+ years of experience managing a team of networking professionals </li><li>5+ years of closed area networking support </li><li>Knowledge of networking best practices, policies and regulations </li><li>A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture </li><li>Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening </li><li>Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills </li><li>Advanced leadership and conflict management skills </li><li>Customer service and interpersonal skills </li><li>Excellent attention to detail </li><li>Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization </li><li>Experience and expertise with Cisco networking equipment </li><li>Active Secret security clearance and ability to attain a Top Secret clearance </li><li>Ability to empower team members to make decisions at the most appropriate level, while retaining overall accountability </li><li>Understanding of automation practices and methodologies (Ansible Automation Platform, scripting, etc.) </li><li>Occasional off-hour response to outages and subsequent service restoration efforts is required </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Information Technology Management, or similar discipline </li><li>CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent certification), or completed within three months of hire </li><li>Experience and expertise with Juniper networking equipment </li><li>Physical ability to lift up to 40?lbs. and work in standing or kneeling positions while installing or connecting computing equipment </li></ul> <p>Pay Information</p> <p>Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743</p> <p>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
