<p>Retail Banking Supervisor (Float)</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced branch sales and operations professional to support our leadership team in a float capacity. This unique position will directly supervise, coach and mentor the Retail Flex Banker Float Team and fill in as supervisor at branches as needed based on management vacancies.</p> <p>This position supports a hybrid on-site/remote work schedule based on assignments.</p> <p>Sign on bonus of $1,000 after 6-months of successful employment.</p> <p>Travel is required within Branch Network, with a home base at the Customer Solutions Center in Richmond, RI.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assure that bank policies and procedures are adhered to and followed. </li><li>Manage the Flex Banker Float Team, schedule, placing staff in various branches based on needs. Daily change of schedule and flexibility will be critical. </li><li>Mentor, coach and develop Flex Banker Float Team in their assigned accountabilities including cross training all staff to be proficient in all operations and sales functions. </li><li>Partner with various Branch Managers to ensure the customer interactions, coaching and development are maintained, daily supervision and mentoring to ensure employee success. Conduct staff meetings, prepare and issue performance evaluations and implement disciplinary actions when appropriate. </li><li>Manage and supervise cash/currency handling and controls as well as security and audit functions. </li><li>Service customers both in a teller and banker capacity, including account maintenance, lending, opening and maintenance of deposit accounts, cross selling and referrals. </li><li>Special projects as needed. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Previous branch banking experience. </li><li>3 to 5 years of previous supervisory experience. </li><li>Strong customer service and sales skills. </li><li>Ability to coach and mentor to sales initiatives. </li><li>Flexibility with work schedule. </li></ul> <p>Hours:</p> <p>This is a 40-hour work week. Availability required during these times:</p> <p>Monday-Friday 7:45AM-6:15PM; Saturday 7:45AM-1:15PM</p> <ul> <li>Saturday availability required, frequency dependent on need. </li></ul>
