Just look up.</p> <p>Are you ready to go beyond?</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>Pratt & Whitney's 30K Production Chief organization is seeking a 30K Production Chief Customer Liaison to join our team in this exciting and challenging role. The team actively supports Pratt & Whitney's growth products engaging in a collaborative work environment to meet and exceed our customers expectations. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Airbus through our Joint Improvement plan with reviews and critical part management.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage program allocation of constrained material to support program priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for critical material status reports (i.e. Heatmap) process (integrate build plan updates, reporting, ad-hoc)</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with Global Network Operations and Command Center regarding Critical Parts List updates</p> </li><li> <p>Support SI&OP process & facilitate gap closure activities</p> </li><li> <p>Will focus on automation/increase in efficiency of existing processes/tools; support automation of heat map and critical part reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Usage of early warning tool to identify material shortages</p> </li><li> <p>Perform Airbus reporting to customers identifying any risks and initiate action plans</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct quarterly review and data gathering /planning</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the Manufacturing Rotation Program</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications You Must Have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 10 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, materials management, program/project management, supply chain/logistics or closely related industrial environment OR a Masters' Degree and minimum 7 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, materials management, program/project management, supply chain/logistics or closely related industrial environment</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated proficiency deriving insights from detailed analysis of complex data</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated relationship management skills highlighted by experience working projects cross-functionally</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at the client, peer, supplier and senior leadership levels</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of SAP</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools</p> </li><li> <p>U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications We Prefer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Materials</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Degree (MS/MBA)</p> </li></ul> <p>Learn More and Apply:</p> <p>What is my role type? This role is:</p> <p>Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.</p> <p>The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.</p> <p>Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
