<p>Staffmark is currently hiring an Extrusion Operator for a manufacturing facility in West Chester, OH. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment to ensure high-quality production of master rolls.</p> <p>Pay: $21-$24/hour (based on experience)</p> <p>Shift: 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule | 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate extrusion lines to produce master rolls to specification </li><li>Monitor equipment and make minor adjustments (e.g., web guide, tension, width) </li><li>Perform quality checks and audits to ensure product consistency </li><li>Conduct resin and ink setups, blending, and perform troubleshooting/maintenance </li><li>Minimize material waste while maintaining product quality </li><li>Use job specification sheets to determine correct film properties (width, gauge, treat level) </li><li>Maintain accurate setup and quality documentation </li><li>Communicate issues with raw materials, maintenance, or quality to supervisors </li><li>Lift up to 50 lbs as required </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of plastic extrusion experience </li><li>Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift </li><li>Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
