<p>A Day in the Life:</p> <p>In this role, you will successfully lead, develop and execute on our award-winning program's rewards system. You will successfully work across departments and with outside vendors, overseeing projects from conception to implementation.</p> <p>We expect the starting salary to be around $85k but will be commensurate with experience.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Support and manage the loyalty programs' for Hertz, Dollar & Thrifty. </li><li>Consolidate and complete analysis of all programs and provide recommendations to Senior Director, SVP and CMO </li><li>Optimize all activities to deliver against business targets, suggest upside opportunities and program changes </li><li>Work closely with the Sr. Director, Loyalty to manage all vendor relationships and communication, provide direction and prioritize projects based on program performance </li><li>Lead and manage top account retention and reactivation initiatives from ideation through execution </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Sales, CRM, Creative Services and Customer Experience) to deliver best in class executions </li><li>Support program design upgrades in partnership with IT, E-commerce and CRM </li><li>Consistently enhance and improve customer loyalty program from ideation to completion </li><li>Effectively and efficiently manage program costs in order to deliver all activations on or ahead of budget </li><li>Successfully drive customer loyalty enrollments, engagement and overall revenue </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years' professional experience in managing loyalty, Marketing or CRM programs - with digital experience preferred </li><li>Travel industry experience a plus </li><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management or related/relevant field required </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Powerpoint, Excel </li><li>Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations </li><li>Ability to influence </li><li>Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Detailed loyalty program management </li><li>Excel in managing various marketing programs and incentives </li><li>Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems </li><li>Ability to drive process and organizational change. </li><li>Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. </li><li>Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills. </li><li>Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills. </li><li>Courageous leadership and accountability. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Get:</p> <ul> <li>Up to 40% off the base rate of any standard Hertz Rental </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Medical, Dental & Vision plan options </li><li>Retirement programs, including 401(k) employer matching </li><li>Paid Parental Leave & Adoption Assistance </li><li>Employee Assistance Program for employees & family </li><li>Educational Reimbursement & Discounts </li><li>Voluntary Insurance Programs - Pet, Legal/Identity Theft, Critical Illness </li><li>Perks & Discounts -Theme Park Tickets, Gym Discounts & more </li></ul>
