<p>Job Title: Senior Project Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Senior Project Manager will oversee contract reviews and manage the scope of work for various projects. The role involves cultivating and selecting subcontractors for each project, organizing and conducting meetings internally and externally, including foreman meetings and discussions with municipalities. The manager will enforce policies at the job site and mentor and direct assistant project managers.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Handle contract reviews. </li><li>Manage the scope of work for projects. </li><li>Cultivate and select subcontractors for each project. </li><li>Run meetings internally and externally, including foreman meetings and meetings with municipalities. </li><li>Enforce policy on the job site. </li><li>Mentor and direct assistant project managers. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management. </li><li>10+ years of project management experience, particularly with projects over $5 million. </li><li>Proficiency in Procore. </li><li>Experience in document control, design, and estimation. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in joint venture billing. </li><li>Project experience over $15 million. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.50/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
