<p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Bonus based on performance </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Flexible schedule </li></ul> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) - Lead/Key Holder creates a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, offers creative solutions for unique celebratory occasions, maintains bakery operations and sells our delicious cakes. The Lead/Key Holder may be the first point of brand contact in our bakery and serves an essential role to engage and bring joy to our guests, create a memorable experience and leave a positive, lasting impression. The Lead/Key Holder embodies NbC core values and demonstrates a strong commitment to guest satisfaction as well as excellence and efficiency in the workplace.</p> <p>Accountabilities/Duties:</p> <ul> <li>When fulfilling the role of the Guest Service Representative, promptly greets walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine interests and needs and follows NbC SWEET Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience. </li><li>Maintains strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions and complementary retail merchandise. </li><li>Suggests additional merchandise, including balloons, candles and cards, to complete unique celebration. </li><li>Processes guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing point-of-sale system and invites guests to join NbC Email Club to benefit from special promotions and remain connected. </li><li>Upholds a clean and organized bakery presentation, which may include routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows and other surfaces. </li><li>Replenishes retail merchandise and cake display case to ensure a strong visual presentation. </li><li>Assists the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed. </li><li>Assembles cake and balloon orders according to guest specifications for the given celebration and follows NbC cake decorating and presentation standards with precision. </li><li>Prioritizes workload according to schedule to ensure all orders are complete at the appropriate pick-up or delivery time, and crafts all orders for walk-in guests. </li><li>Prepares cake decorations, boxes, bows, and other packaging materials in advance to ensure requisite supplies are readily available for cake order demands. </li><li>Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixer and pastry bag to frost cakes. </li><li>Prioritizes cake pre-orders according to schedule and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly. </li><li>Ensures an adequate supply of frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and helps maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels. </li><li>Adheres to the proper packaging, labeling and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards, and helps maintain frosting and refrigeration logs. </li><li>Co-manages special-order fulfillment via web and email for individual guests and corporate accounts as well as large, complex orders and deliveries. </li><li>Manages minor issues that arise without the presence of the manager, area manager or operator/owner (including issues with guests, employees {non-human resources related} and/or facility). </li><li>Extensive NbC bakery holiday experience including an understanding of holiday processes and procedures.
