If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a "team first" organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you're looking for.</p> <p>Responsibilities & Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Enable FPGA software tool adoption through:</p> </li><li> <p>Conducting analysis of tool capabilities and user requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Preparing documentation and best practices for tool usage.</p> </li><li> <p>Delivering training sessions and user enablement programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide ITAR compliant support, ensuring adherence to export control regulations and internal processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with engineering teams to improve workflows and tool integration.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FPGA development tools and operating environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong expertise in scripting/programming and comfortable using AI tools and frameworks for automation</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a subject matter expert for FPGA design flows, assisting customers and internal teams.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualification (Requirements)</p> <p>This position requires knowledge and experience in the entire FPGA development tool flow from design entry to place-and-route and timing closure. Preferred skills include simulation, scripting, and RTL design experience. Experience with Lattice FPGA design software tools is a plus.</p> <p>The following experience and skills are required for this position:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be a U.S. person for Aerospace and Defense market segment support</p> </li><li> <p>BSEE or similar degree</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of FPGA design tool experience (e.g., Radiant, Diamond, Quartus, Vivado)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding and experience in Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding and experience in logic synthesis tools such as Synplify Pro</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding and experience in FPGA implementation flow such as place-and-route, static timing analysis, and timing closure</p> </li><li> <p>Solid experience working with Linux environments, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot OS-level issues as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment</p> </li><li> <p>Additional Job Description</p> </li></ul> <p>The following experience and skills are a plus for this position:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with a variety of EDA software simulation tools for FPGA development, including ModelSim/QuestaSim, VCS, and/or Xcelium</p> </li><li> <p>Good understanding of FPGA architecture and applications</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on FPGA development experience, including verification</p> </li><li> <p>Scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, or Python</p> </li></ul>
