Responsibilities include developing experimental strategies, interpreting complex datasets, and integrating clinical and preclinical insights to drive drug development forward. This position offers a dynamic, collaborative research environment and provides experience in scientific investigation in drug development. The role is designed to prepare the candidate for future responsibilities as a faculty member or industry leader by offering direct involvement in project leadership, manuscript preparation, grant development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Plans and conducts assigned and/or original research projects autonomously while working collectively with HCOM faculty, staff and students. </li><li>Maintains accurate records of research findings and the analysis of results. </li><li>Mentors medical, graduate and undergraduate students as appropriate.
