This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering secure, personalized, and data-driven digital experiences. This person will play a key role in building and optimizing customer journeys using the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform (DXP), ODP, Experimentation and Personalization tools with seamless integration into Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM to enhance client engagement and retention.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for development of C# backend and Sass-based frontend code development for our two externally facing websites as well as our home office intranet, all of which are built upon the Optimizely content management system. </li><li>Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications using Optimizely CMS/DXP tailored to financial services clients. </li><li>Implement and manage A/B testing, personalization, and content targeting strategies using Optimizely Experimentation and Personalization. </li><li>Integrate Optimizely CMS and ODP with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM to enable real-time personalization and data synchronization across platforms. </li><li>Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and product teams to translate business goals into technical solutions that meet regulatory standards. </li><li>Deliver features, solutions and fix issues within an Agile-like Scrum/Kanban hybrid framework using JIRA </li><li>Ensure digital experiences are optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO with SiteImprove, while maintaining strict data privacy and security protocols. </li><li>Monitor and analyze test results and user behavior with Adobe Analytics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. </li><li>Maintain technical documentation and architectural/solution diagrams, participate in code reviews and QA processes. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>3+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years working with Optimizely CMS/DXP. </li><li>Experience integrating Optimizely CMS/DXP with Optimizely ODP, Experimentation and Personalization. </li><li>Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, including APIs, data models, and integration best practices. </li><li>Proficiency in .NET/C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) using Sass and Node.js. </li><li>Familiarity with financial services regulations (e.g., GDPR, FINRA, SEC) and secure development practices like OWASP and defensive programming. </li><li>Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work independently to determine a solution/technical approach given specific technical and business requirements. </li><li>Self-driven and excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams. </li><li>Experience with QA Automation tools like Selenium and/or Cucumber is a plus. </li><li>Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or OneTrust is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Optimizely certifications (e.g., Optimizely Certified Developer). </li><li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I). </li><li>Experience with AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms. </li><li>Familiarity with headless CMS architecture and composable DXP strategies </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits</p> <p>GSG is excited to offer its consultants a robust option of benefits which include comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage.
