<p>Back to Search Results</p> <p>Previous Opportunity Next Opportunity</p> <p>Estimator</p> <p>Location: Pleasanton, CA, United States</p> <p>Date Posted: May 20, 2026</p> <p>Req number: JR14299</p> <p>Job Type: Regular Full Time</p> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>$70,304-85,000</p> <p>Share: share to e-mail</p> <p>Apply Now</p> <p>Save Job Saved</p> <p>Description</p> <p>The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>The BVG Estimator reviews plans and prepares bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects. </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Gather, calculate, and compile take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates </li><li>Prepare routine estimates and detailed cost estimates for ancillary projects under the supervision of the manager </li><li>Maintain current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractors </li><li>Utilize standard estimate computer software to present information to management </li><li>Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience </li><li>Prior experience in the landscaping industry, with estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projects </li><li>Experience with HCSS </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) </li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills </li><li>Customer service experience </li><li>Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off </li><li>Strong work ethic with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) a plus </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands/Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, a cell phone, and printers/copiers </li><li>Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of time </li><li>Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>This role works in an indoor office work environment. </li></ul> <p>BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.</p> <p>This job description is subject to change at any time.</p> <p>Compensation Pay Range:</p> <p>$70,304-85,000</p> <p>BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
