The role maintains and optimizes the HubSpot platform, monitors lead flow through the sales pipeline, and provides onboarding and day-to-day support for platform users. This specialist also maintains the pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, performance reporting, and continuous optimization to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work with established templates to create and update landing pages, forms, and emails that support lead-generation programs. </li><li>Maintain the HubSpot platform, including marketing automation workflows, error logs, contact records, and file management. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing users, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support. </li><li>Provide pay-per-click (PPC) campaign reporting, maintain and edit campaigns, review recommendations </li><li>Monitor incoming leads and track their movement through the sales pipeline to ensure proper follow-up and conversion. </li><li>Provide platform reporting and create dashboards to provide visibility into marketing performance, lead flow, and campaign effectiveness. </li><li>Setup marketing event objects and support event lead generation needs </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li><li>Complies with all policies and standards </li><li>The wage range for this position is $60,400.00-$90,600.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or related field (required) Experience• 2+ years experience working with digital platforms, enterprise systems, or customer relationship management tools (required) or• 2+ years work experience in digital content management or platform configuration (required) • 1+ years work experience managing or supporting PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) (preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Sharepoint • Understands and has knowledge to use Zoom and Teams • Project management software (Asana preferred) • HubSpot or similar CRM • Attention to detail and creativity • Basic understanding of lead generation and marketing automation process • Organization and planning capabilities • Good written communication skills Licenses and Certifications• - HubSpot Digital Marketing certification () • - Google Ads certification ()</p> <p>What AIT Can Offer You</p> <p>In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
