Continuing our growth path, we are delighted to welcome a new colleague as Account Manager (f/m/d) in Inside sales onsite in our office in Lommel.</p> <p>Are you a natural networker with commercial flair? Do you have the confidence to proactively engage with customers and the drive to build strong relationships and achieve results as an Account Manager in Inside Sales? Then we're looking for you!</p> <p>You'll be responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships. You'll work closely with the colleagues in outside sales and know how to translate customer needs into concrete solutions.</p> <p>You are interested in technology but Printed Circuit Boards is a new product for you? This is not a limit: an individual onboarding and training program brings you a solid foundation.</p> <p>We are looking for you</p> <ul> <li>being the major inside sales contact person to our Belgium customers with strong communication skills </li><li>being customer-focused and having an empathetic attitude </li><li>collaborating with the sales and technical team to achieve our targets </li><li>ensuring high quality in your work while developing our existing customers </li><li>Proactive mindset, with detailed and structured approach and the courage to take initiative </li><li>having a college degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years experience in sales </li><li>being authorized to work in the Benelux </li></ul> <p>Who are we?</p> <p>In NCAB our culture makes us unique.
