We're seeking a Curriculum Coordinator who will champion educational excellence, mentor teachers, and ensure our curriculum comes to life in every classroom!</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>As the Curriculum Coordinator, you will oversee the educational quality and curriculum fidelity across all age groups-from infants to Pre-K. You'll play a critical role in coaching teachers, implementing The Learning Experience curriculum, and maintaining compliance with both state and TLE health, safety, and learning standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Implement and ensure consistent use of The Learning Experience curriculum, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Lesson plans</p> </li><li> <p>Circle time activities</p> </li><li> <p>Leap Interactive Boards</p> </li><li> <p>Workbooks & Journals</p> </li><li> <p>Enrichment kits</p> </li><li> <p>Phonics, Sign Language, and Spanish</p> </li><li> <p>Know Me Books, Chatter Box, and more</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding and Utilizing TLE Characters in Curriculum.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure teachers effectively understand and utilize the Playground Manual to ensure safe and engaging outdoor activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Train staff on and support the implementation of the Make Believe Boulevard Manual to maximize experiential learning opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Train teachers on state and TLE health & safety guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Coach and support teachers in preparing for parent-teacher conferences</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee child portfolio development with documentation of learning (photos, work samples, assessments)</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct regular child assessments and ensure proper recording in child files</p> </li><li> <p>Assist teachers in planning developmentally appropriate lessons and classroom environments</p> </li><li> <p>Observe classrooms regularly and provide feedback to support instructional quality</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and lead professional development sessions</p> </li><li> <p>Help onboard new teaching staff with curriculum and classroom routines</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 6 years of classroom experience, with at least 3 years as a Lead Teacher.</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required).</p> </li><li> <p>In-depth understanding of child development, curriculum planning, and early learning standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to communicate with parents effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to train and motivate a team of teachers while promoting a positive culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with lesson planning tools, classroom technology (Leap Boards), and educational documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>CPR and first AID, drug test, TB Test, and state certifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve in various roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, lead follow-up etc.</p> </li></ul>
