We love to show our appreciation and provide fun and unique perks throughout the year.</p> <p>Learn more about our culture here: Trust Point Culture Video</p> <p>A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RELATIONSHIP MANAGER</p> <ul> <li>Delivering timely and accurate information to clients </li><li>Advising clients, from both an individual and corporate perspective concerning the design and administration of all forms of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans </li><li>Analyzing and making recommendations concerning pricing, operations, and overall relationship development opportunities </li><li>Providing routine account administration </li><li>Maintaining appropriate ERISA and other regulatory knowledge </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>4 Year Degree Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant degree, required. </li><li>3-5 years ERISA Experience </li><li>Certification as CRSP, CRPP, and or CEBS is desired </li></ul> <p>This position requires excellent communications and interpersonal skills which include: relationship development, listening, oral and written communication, decision making, organizing, executing and implementing plans, team building and work coordination.</p> <p>WORK SCHEDULE</p> <p>This is a full-time hybrid position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.</p> <p>Trust Point is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.</p> <p>We cultivate a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views, and experiences.
