Actively participates and displays behaviors of the company values. Must have a valid driver's license.</p> <p>Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Use equipment to load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks or rail cars, and/or to move materials to designated areas. </li><li>Maintain necessary reports for production and inventory, outbound truck, railcar loads and machine maintenance. </li><li>Distinguish between different grades and types of materials. </li><li>Inspect incoming and outgoing loads, upgrading material if possible. </li><li>Assist in hand sorting material when necessary. </li><li>Other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Switch Engine</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for weighing railcars and maintaining rails and switches. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED. </li><li>Ability to work independently. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. </li><li>Self-motivated. </li><li>Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment. </li><li>Must pay attention to detail. </li><li>Proven customer service skills. </li><li>Six months of proven experience in large equipment operation. </li><li>Safety oriented. </li><li>Strong mathematical skills and organizational skills required. </li><li>Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations. </li></ul> <p>PADNOS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
