<p>Finance Transformation Leader</p> <p>Chubb is hiring a Finance Transformation Leader to build out the growing Finance Transformation team and strengthen the Chubb COG Finance Transformation team. You will be joining a fast paced team that delivers accurate and timely FP&A processes and drives finance process improvement and transformation across COG.</p> <p>This role is a Business Partner role and not a developer role. Solving business problems through technology is central to the role. Serving as the liaison between the business and developers to successfully articulate requirements and questions between the two groups is key, and to help the business see the "art of the possible" is key. In all aspects, representing the end user perspective to ensure the end product tools are effective and truly solve the business problem is central to all we do.</p> <p>Key Role Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Interact with the business to understand the business problem, define requirements, data sources and limitations </li><li>Knowing the desired outcome, recommend a tool or combination of tools to deliver the best possible user experience </li><li>Be a liaison between the business SMEs and development team to answer questions and solve problems that arise during build </li><li>Plan, execute and manage TM1 projects, including gathering requirements, creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery </li><li>Define and communicate project requirements to the TM1 development team </li><li>Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, resource allocation and risk management strategies </li><li>Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders and senior management </li><li>Perform a pre-UAT test to ensure the solution works as expected, solves the business need, and has a positive end user experience </li><li>Ensure documentation is in place and knowledge transfer occurs to ensure a successful ongoing solution </li><li>Lead process redesign discussions to optimize effectiveness of the tool. </li><li>Conduct training of new tools and processes </li><li>Monitor product performance, analyzing key metrics and feedback to continuously identify areas for improvement and optimization </li><li>Complete project monitoring reports to ensure stakeholders remain informed of status and cost </li></ul>
