Cadence customers are the world's most innovative companies, delivering extraordinary electronic products from chips to boards to systems for the most dynamic market applications including consumer, hyperscale computing, 5G communications, automotive, aerospace industrial and health.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and development of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software that offers physical design capabilities for IC Package and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design. </li><li>Develop desktop applications; perform debugging and analysis in C/C++. </li><li>Develop Machine Learning(ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications to improve EDA software functionality. </li><li>Develop detailed functional specifications for new feature development and enhancements. </li><li>Develop advanced user interfaces for ECAD flows and internal API integration. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (or related field) and 2 - 3 years work experience in a software development role OR MS in-lieu of experience. </li><li>Strong C/C++ development skills with a good understanding of object-oriented design. </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills; should be a quick learner and a team player. </li></ul> <p>We're doing work that matters.
