<p>Description</p> <p>Are you ready to play a key role in a high-growth, highly-visibility team? We're looking for a strategic and data-driven eCommerce Marketing Specialist to help manage the performance of our brands across various eCommerce platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of different aspects of the eCommerce product life cycle including managing the roll-out of new products, analyzing category trends and synchronizing efforts across our brand management and sales teams. Currently offering hybrid work hours with optional remote days on Monday and Friday, and on-site work Tuesday through Thursday.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Brand & Product Launch Management</p> <ul> <li>Partner with brand teams to successfully execute tactical responsibilities for new eCommerce products </li><li>Lead item setup process, including backend SAP configuration and tracking retailer setups </li><li>Manage project timelines, solve problems and proactively identify and recommend solutions for improved assortment </li></ul> <p>Product Content Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Continuously audit content and make recommendations to brand teams for improving conversion and consumer engagement including titles, bullets, images, enhanced content, and video </li><li>Collaborate with the retail media team to plan and execute digital campaigns and promotional strategies </li></ul> <p>Analytics & Performance Tracking</p> <ul> <li>Analyze business trends and create action plans to drive sales growth and gain market share </li><li>Use insights to optimize digital shelf assortment and customer journey </li><li>Monitor competitor activity and adjust assortment or content as needed </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Track and dispute fines with appropriate internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Collaborate with sales and operations to investigate and resolve customer short ships, out-of-stocks and pricing errors </li><li>Partner with customer service and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field </li><li>2+ years of experience in marketing, eCommerce or brand management </li><li>Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between data and strategy </li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth-driven mindset and curiosity to learn </li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail </li><li>Strong ability to work cross-functionally & transversely across the organization </li><li>Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and other data analysis tools </li><li>Experience with market research tools such as Stackline, Numerator, a plus </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <ul> <li>Comfortable, corporate office environment; frequent use of phone and PC; required overnight business travel approximately 5-10% of the time </li><li>Reports directly to the Sr. Director of eCommerce </li><li>Will collaborate with the brand marketing team members, R&D, creative services, customer service, purchasing, operations, digital marketing and sales on a daily basis. </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS PACKAGE & EMPLOYEE PROGRAMS</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Free Life and Disability Insurance </li><li>Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts </li><li>401k with 3% company match and annual employer discretionary contribution </li><li>Paid vacation, holidays and sick time </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Access to thousands of free online courses </li><li>Discounts on cell phones, movie tickets, gym memberships, and more! </li><li>Education Assistance (both college degrees and professional certifications) </li><li>Referral Program with cash bonus </li><li>Access to on-demand pay </li><li>Paid parental leave </li><li>A more complete list of benefits can be found here www.CentralBenefits.org </li></ul> <p>Central Garden & Pet Company (NASDAQ: CENT), (NASDAQ: CENTA) understands that home is central to life and has proudly nurtured happy and healthy homes for over 40 years.
