<p>Kickstart Your HR Career in a Hands-On Manufacturing Environment this summer!</p> <p>Job Summary/Overview</p> <p>The HR Intern will work over the summer to support the Human Resources team in delivering effective people-focused services within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and eager to learn how HR functions in a production setting.</p> <p>Work Schedule</p> <p>Monday - Friday</p> <p>8:00am - 4:30pm</p> <p>Part time hours are available prior to the end of the school semester</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain appropriate confidentiality in dealing with company and employee information </li><li>Maintain files and employee records </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to our business units and employees </li><li>Learn about benefits, compensation and payroll at Columbus McKinnon </li><li>Gain overview of the Talent Acquisition process.
