Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents; </li><li>Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status; </li><li>Medication administration; </li><li>Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff; </li><li>Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and </li><li>Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment. </li></ul> <p>Must Have:</p> <ul> <li>LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state </li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills </li><li>Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment </li><li>Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents </li><li>Behavioral care / memory care experience </li><li>Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) </li></ul> <p>Who we are:</p> <p>West Valley Subacute and Nursing Center believes in cultivating a family culture and thrives on person-centered care.
