The position is responsible for reviewing and approval of new dealers and Lester Buildings contracts; and working directly with our customers to keep their accounts current. Responsibilities also include daily invoice processing, cash application along with completing other miscellaneous documents as needed.</p> <ul> <li>Set up and appointment of new dealers </li><li>Review and approval of Lester Buildings contracts </li><li>Review and analyze customer credit applications, financial statements, fund verifications and credit reports </li><li>Establish and update credit limits and terms based on risk assessments </li><li>Collecting of past due accounts, including working with outside agencies and attorneys on collections </li><li>Daily invoicing </li><li>Claims/credit processing </li><li>Cash Application </li><li>Prepare cash on delivery notifications </li><li>Prepare prepayment notification </li><li>Manage and process liens </li><li>Maintain license and permit bonds </li><li>Performance bonds </li><li>Maintain certificates of insurance files </li><li>Prepare monthly borrowing base certificate </li><li>Process monthly customer statements </li><li>Monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable and deposits </li><li>Manage and process sales tax </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in accounting is required </li><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred </li><li>Prior accounting, business or administrative experience is preferred </li><li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills are required </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness is critical </li><li>Strong communication skills are necessary </li><li>Must be a team player and highly motivated </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word </li><li>ERP system knowledge is a plus </li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing and construction process is a plus </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Lester Building Systems values our employees and is committed to providing a competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
