<p>Job Description: KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Automation Specialist to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 2nd shift. 2nd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $2.00. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment. To learn more about KI, please visit www.ki.com Job Duties:</p> <p>Develop and edit robot programs. Troubleshoot/rectify welding issues. Identify and correct fixture and part intolerance issues. Systematically continue to complete items on personal development plan. Detailed and complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Use of pneumatic tools. Work with the Maintenance team, Engineers, Managers and the Tool & Die team to implement new equipment installations.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>High School Diploma or Equivalent PC Literacy Formal robot program training</p> <p>Value Added Skills:</p> <p>Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required Team Player Ability to multi-task Willingness to learn Ability to train on any shift Positive Attitude Ability to follow all safety procedures</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Working in areas where it can get warm Working in a smoke free environment Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>This is a 2nd Shift position Hours are 2pm-10am Monday - Friday Shift premium of $2.00/hour Overtime at times will be mandatory</p> <p>KI offers a welcoming work culture with competitive benefits for eligible employees.
