This is a key role in Berklee's Public Safety team-one that supports our vibrant, global community of artists, creators, and innovators by fostering a secure and welcoming atmosphere.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The Police Sergeant is the first line of supervision, leading day-to-day campus police operations with professionalism and care. This role is responsible for mentoring and guiding officers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and engaging with students, faculty, and staff in a supportive, student-centered manner.
