<p>We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Lead Reporting & Analytics Engineer to design and develop dashboards, reports, and data analytics experiences for the Cybersecurity organization.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role.</p> <p>There is no Visa Transfers or Sponsorships for this position.</p> <p>The role is seated in the city where the req is posted.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>This role combines UI/UX best practices, data integration (ETL), analytical modeling, and advanced dashboard engineering to deliver insightful, actionable, and real-time cybersecurity intelligence. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives, mentor team members, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the Cybersecurity data strategy forward.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, analytics, and reports using modern BI tools. </li><li>Own and drive analytics initiatives from data sourcing and transformation to visualization and insight generation. </li><li>Implement intuitive, user-centric design for reporting and analytics interfaces. </li><li>Develop ETL pipelines and data models to support analytical use cases and reporting accuracy. </li><li>Work closely with security analysts and leadership to define KPIs, trends, and operational metrics. </li><li>Lead small teams of engineers and analysts in delivering scalable reporting solutions. </li><li>Develop reusable assets including frameworks, templates, and visualization libraries. </li><li>Ensure data quality, performance, and governance across analytics platforms. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of risk management, technology controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li><li>3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting, including 2+ years in a leadership role </li><li>Hands on expertise in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or ThoughtSpot </li><li>Strong skills in UI/UX design for analytics applications. </li><li>Experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines using modern cloud-based tools </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages; experience with Python or R </li><li>Familiarity with cybersecurity metrics, threat data, or risk analytics </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
