<p>Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Technician</p> <p>THIS POSITION REPORTS TO THE INSTALL MANAGER</p> <p>EXPECTED ANNUAL INCOME - $55,000 -$85,000 a year, which includes a base and additional earning potential based on performance</p> <p>WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, rotating on call 1 day every 2-3 weeks.</p> <p>INTEGRITY & PROFESSIONALISM</p> <p>It takes a team with winning behaviors to provide our level of customer service and stay true to our 5 Core Values and Mission Statement. The Quality Assurance Technician's main focus is to ensure the inspection passes successfully and that the customer is 100% satisfied with their equipment and experience. The technician has a major influence on the training curriculum for installation crews and other team members. QA/QI Technicians are also eligible to run installation recalls and demand service calls.</p> <p>REQUIRE QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record </li><li>Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment </li><li>7 years of residential HVAC experience </li><li>Available for regular, in-person, job & department-specific training </li><li>Experience with MS Office and video conferencing </li><li>Excellent computer skills and communication skills (verbal and written) </li><li>Critical thinker and problem solver through research, inquiry, and adaptive measures </li><li>Team player who will lead, delegate, support, and encourage </li><li>Well-organized and able to work independently and remotely </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of NC and SC mechanical and electrical code requirements </li><li>HVAC installation and service experience </li></ul>
