This role blends case management, supervision, and hands-on leadership in a mission-driven environment.</p> <p>If you have experience working with teens and supervising staff- and you're ready for meaningful work that makes a daily impact- we'd love to meet you.</p> <p>What Makes This Role Unique</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work in a farm-based residential program that integrates agricultural and vocational learning.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead a team while mentoring youth preparing for independence.</p> </li><li> <p>Combine case management with program operations and supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Be part of an organization committed to transforming the lives of at-risk youth across North Carolina.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Case Management & Youth Development</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate child and family team meetings and individualized service plans</p> </li><li> <p>Support youth in education, vocational training, and employment opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and monitor transition and aftercare plans (up to 6 months post-placement)</p> </li><li> <p>Connect youth to mentors, apprenticeships, and community resources</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case records</p> </li></ul> <p>Program & Staff Leadership</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide on-site supervision of residential staff and program operations</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee budgets, scheduling, property management, and daily operations</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure delivery of direct treatment services consistent with agency standards</p> </li><li> <p>Provide 24-hour on-call/back-up support as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Foster a structured, family-style home environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Community & Operational Engagement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build relationships with families, service providers, volunteers, and neighbors</p> </li><li> <p>Transport youth to appointments, school, court, and community activities</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain compliance with contractual and accreditation standards</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in quality improvement and staff development initiatives</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field (required)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years' experience working with teens; residential or at-risk youth experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Supervisory or program leadership experience</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license and insurable driving record</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic residential and farm setting.
