This position reports to the Product Support Analyst II. As a Product Support Analyst, you will guide change implementation related to service parts including new product development (NPD) part implementation, part updates, and part obsolescence. The position is also responsible for the analysis of emerging product issues related to Customer Service data and insights to provide actionable recommendations to all product teams across the organization.
