We are experts in crafting clear messaging to both internal and external audiences that heavily influence buying decisions and market narrative. This team is one the best places to get an overall view of the business with real, tangible results.</p> <p>This team drives strategic positioning of our products and ensures customers improve the value of Workday's suite of platform tools, working cross functionally with sales, product marketing, product leadership and the customer base.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The Sr Outbound Product Manager is a hands-on, highly visible role, tasked with growing a hardworking customer community through product scale. You will impart a new journey helping our partner ecosystem find new lines of business with deep expertise of the analytics space, a key growth driver for the overall Workday business. Interpersonal skills is a requirement as the team grows horizontally while we rely on vertical depth. You will be responsible for developing and presenting a portfolio of products as well as delivering fresh presentations to the customer C-suite.</p> <p>Furthermore, you will set the product strategy for our customer experience, define the execution approach, guide product design and development, and craft go-to-market playbooks that drive the value, awareness, and adoption of our platform.</p> <p>About You</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of product management or consulting experience</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years of presenting to customers or public audiences</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Product Marketing and content creation background desired</p> </li><li> <p>MBA degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Workday Pay Transparency Statement</p> <p>The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
