CPP offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, 401K with match, paid vacation and holidays, paid training, and a great team culture!</p> <p>Major Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for performing welding operations to correct various defects. </li><li>Perform inspection of casting to assume area can be welded, upon completion to assure area has been properly fused and maximum weld strength obtained. </li><li>Prepare casting for repair by washing out sand sports shrinks, etc. utilizing carbon arc gouging as required. </li><li>Positions casting(s) to proper work area frequently of light to average weights manually or utilizing hoist/crane for heavy weight material. </li><li>Places casting(s) manually or utilizing hoist/crane upon completion in proper area(s). </li><li>Maintains tools and equipment, maintains work area in a safe, clean and orderly condition. </li><li>Observe all company rules and regulations. </li><li>Perform other related duties as required or as directed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of related experience (at least 1 year in manufacturing) </li></ul> <p>Pay is $25 - $35 USD per hour based on experience</p> <p>This is a non-management position</p> <p>This is a full time position</p> <p>Pay Range:</p>
