<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Check supplies on all equipment (ink, rags, Resolve, defoamer, Jones black, etc.). </li><li>Check workload on all equipment, making sure there is enough to last the morning. </li><li>Receive and check in all tooling daily. </li><li>Aid in evaluating and repairing damaged tooling when possible. </li><li>Assist in processing all ink requests. </li><li>Produce ink proofs when needed. </li><li>Maintain accurate inventories of production supplies and order when necessary. </li><li>Check for return inks. </li><li>Deliver inks as needed. </li><li>5Sing die room daily. </li><li>Rinse five-gallon buckets as needed. </li><li>Prepare tooling for transfer to other facilities. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>Previous Manufacturing experience preferred. </li><li>Fulfillment of all job responsibilities by meeting WPD specifications for quality, accuracy, and efficiency. </li><li>Promotes a positive working environment supporting Green Bay Packaging's teamwork concept. </li><li>Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality. </li><li>Makes best use of time during the day. </li><li>Consistently shows ability to recognize and deal with priorities. </li><li>Seeks guidance as needed for performance of duties. </li><li>Effective service-orientated performance and professionalism. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with co-workers. </li><li>Compliance with company policies and procedures. </li><li>Integrity regarding confidential and proprietary information. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>In addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
