The Unit Manager should have the ability to work between the various departments, enable a collaborative working environment within the Family Birth & Newborn Center, and facilitate interdepartmental communication and team building. The manager will embody the philosophies of Building Connections and demonstrate outstanding customer service to all patients, visitors, staff, and physicians.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Minimum Education Requirement:</p> <p>BS/BSN preferred.</p> <p>Minimum Experience Requirement:</p> <p>Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a perinatal department. Minimum of one (1) year experience as NICU staff registered nurse. Manager experience preferred.</p> <p>Minimum License Requirement:</p> <p>California RN license</p> <p>BLS required.</p> <p>NRP required.</p> <p>Annual 1 hour of stroke education required.</p> <p>PALS required within 90 days of hire/transfer.</p> <p>Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.</p> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>$62.25 - $91.50</p>
