<p>Position: Communications Consultant</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, North Carolina- Hybrid</p> <p>Duration: 6 months contract with potential to extend</p> <p>Job ID: 169442</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>In this contingent resource assignment, the Communications Consultant 3 will play a critical role in consulting on and participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Communications. The role involves contributing to large-scale planning, analyzing challenges, and collaborating with client personnel to meet Communications deliverables. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic thinking, experience in third-party communication, and supply chain communications expertise.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Communications. </li><li>Contribute to large-scale planning related to Communications deliverables. </li><li>Review and analyze moderately complex Communications challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. </li><li>Collaborate with client personnel in Communications to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. </li><li>Design a comprehensive communications plan to educate and engage the Enterprise on changes in the Third Party Risk Management Program, considering audience, channels, key messaging, and connections to broader changes in Supply Chain Management. </li><li>Create content templates to streamline the creation of individual communication pieces in coordination with working teams. </li><li>Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness analyses to prepare and adjust communication plans as needed. </li><li>Write content for individual communication pieces, such as emails, meeting presentations, and website postings. </li><li>Coordinate messaging and execution of the plan with CAO, Corporate Communications, and other key stakeholders. </li><li>Ensure commitments made in communications are delivered as promised. </li><li>Design and conduct periodic "market research" to assess the impact of changes and the effectiveness of communications. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>4 years of Public Relations, Media Relations, or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. </li><li>Proficiency in standard communication tools such as Word and PowerPoint. </li><li>Strong strategic thinking and experience in developing and executing comprehensive communication plans. </li><li>Prior experience in third-party communication and supply chain communications is highly desirable. </li><li>Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). </li></ul> <p>About PTR Global: PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
