Your focus will be divided between managing the user endpoints via Intune and liaising with vendors to transition to new model's roadmap tracking and testing and acceptance of new laptops. Maintaining the component information and performing benchmarking of proposed new models. Working with our 3rd party vendors to co-ordinate onboarding of new models and new build processes. The work will also involve evaluation and management of devices outside of the CTO offerings as required.</p> <p>How you will contribute</p> <ul> <li>Manage the PC estate using Intune as the primary tool </li><li>Liaise with vendors to transition models throughout their lifecycle </li><li>Co-ordinate and arrange delivery of test units </li><li>Carry out technical benchmarking of proposed devices </li><li>Track lifecycle roadmaps of all Hardware </li><li>Liaise with 3rd party vendors to transition through models and build requirement </li><li>Keep all interested parties aware of current model status </li><li>Create a centralized system to present the information to all interested parties </li><li>Co-ordinate with our internal asset management team </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience managing Intune. 3-4 years' experience </li><li>Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of endpoint management, security, and compliance using Intune. </li><li>Familiarity with modern management approaches, including co-management with Configuration Manager. </li><li>Remediation and platform script experience, as well as PowerShell for automation and customization. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. </li><li>Experience managing small projects and leading initiatives with minimal direction throughout the project lifecycle. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Additional Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Intune and Azure Administrator Associate and 3rd Party Patching tools such as Patch My PC. </li><li>Experience managing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), implementing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards. </li><li>Experience with JAMF and Delinea Privilege Manager. </li></ul> <p>Your journey at A&M</p> <p>We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each person's unique professional and personal development. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
