Responsibilites include: creating curriculum, mentoring youth employment leaders, facilitating workshops, overseeing group projects, processing payroll, visiting young adults at community worksites, providing work-readiness training, and data entry. Position requires an Associate's degree or 5 years work experience in an education environment, a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
