We want you to apply!</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <p>Under the direction of the Director L&D, the Manager L&D has the direct-line responsibility for day-to-day operations and overall responsibility for the nursing department, insuring that employees have effective management, good communication and appropriate discipline. The Manager insures that the charge nurse fulfills their responsibilities as front-line supervisors. The Manager is responsible on a 24 hour basis for the coordination of patient care, administrative and nursing activities. The Manager is responsible on a 24 hour basis for the quality of nursing care provided to our patients'. The Manager is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of all nursing care and related activities.
