The following qualifications outline what we’re looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:</p> <p> </p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required </li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred (supply chain or business degree) </li><li>3+ years of supply chain experience in customer service, distribution, or inventory/production planning required </li><li>5+ years’ food industry experience preferred </li><li>3+ years’ experience with ERP systems preferred </li><li>Bulk Ordering/Balancing for daily production required </li><li>Strong Excel experience required </li><li>Purchasing, scheduling and inventory management experience required </li><li>Managing product life cycle experience required </li><li>SAP experience required </li><li>Root cause analysis experience preferred </li><li>APICS CPIM certified preferred </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of material flow related to production requirements planning </li><li>Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources </li><li>Knowledge of production scheduling, materials scheduling management, inventory and finished goods management </li><li>Strong project management skills </li><li>Excellent multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills </li><li>Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems </li><li>Sound business acumen with corresponding analytical and judgment skills </li><li>The ability to create pivot tables, use v-lookup, conduct data analysis of large sets of data using Excel </li><li>Strong customer focus with ability to foster effective cross-functional partnerships </li><li>The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events) </li><li>Strong interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills </li><li>The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences </li><li>The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand </li><li>The ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment as business needs dictate.
