<p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Maintenance Manager and/or Facility Manager to develop and execute programs that reduce downtime in recurring trouble areas. </li><li>Repair production equipment safely and efficiently following breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions. </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on machinery in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program. </li><li>Fabricate and install new equipment to support production needs. </li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment to identify and resolve issues quickly. </li><li>Follow all safety protocols, utilize proper PPE, and comply with NOV Company, HSE, and Quality policies and procedures. </li><li>Support assigned projects and perform other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Work overtime and shift schedules as required. </li><li>Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day. </li><li>Bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements (shoveling, sweeping, fastening) for extended periods. </li><li>Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. </li><li>Push and pull materials for extended periods during shifts. </li><li>Travel up to 10% as needed. </li></ul> <p>Education and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Experience in fabrication, mechanical, and electrical repair using shop tools. </li><li>Forklift license required (preferred if not currently certified). </li><li>Ability to read precision gauges and technical drawings. </li><li>Ability to safely and properly use hand tools. </li><li>Ability to learn technical repair and assembly procedures. </li><li>Strong adaptability with willingness to cross-train in multiple job functions. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. </li></ul> <p>To learn more about our benefits, please visit: http://usbenefits.nov.com</p> <p>To learn more about our business unit, please visit: https://www.nov.com/about/our-business-units/fiber-glass-systems</p>
