<p>Under the direction of the Program Operations Coordinator, the Partnership Team Supervisor is responsible for maintaining regular and on-going communication and support between partnership programs and JFCAC, to ensure compliance of all local, state, and federal regulations.</p> <p>SCOPE OF WORK:</p> <p>Supervision:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Select, train, supervise and evaluate program staff. Work with employees to correct deficiencies and improve performance and recommend disciplinary action when necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate areas of performance improvement to staff and promote training that reflects the individual needs of staff and/or the team as a whole.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and approve supervised employee's time sheet and mileage claim.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in coordination of monthly staff meetings and CCT meetings; identify and assign tasks and follow up with team members as necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete monthly reflective supervision meetings with individual staff members, identifying individual professional development goals, provide necessary level of support, and follow up to ensure goals are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides skill development and mentoring to staff progressing in their position by performing on- the-job technical assistance and mentoring of specific skills.</p> </li></ol> <p>Partnership Collaboration/Communication:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Establishes ongoing communication with Childcare Directors/Principals, and the Head Start Management and Leadership Team to support ongoing monitoring of all local, state, and federal regulations at each partnership location.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates with the Family Coaches, Leadership Team, and Childcare Directors/Principals to identify partnership needs and provide necessary supports to promote high quality services to children and families.</p> </li><li> <p>Immediately report any safety concerns to the Childcare Director/Principal as well as the Head Start Director. Work with Childcare Director/Principal and Leadership team to establish action plans to correct any safety violations through ongoing communication, documentation, monitoring, and follow up observation.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains timely and professional communication with all Childcare Directors/Principals and Staff through various communication platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with partnership Directors, Principals, and Family Coaches to plan family committee</p> </li></ol> <p>meetings, family events, and other relevant activities at each partnership location.</p> <p>Monitoring and Maintenance of Records:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Maintain and monitor records and documentation for all partner (contracted slot) contracts.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate inventory records of all federal and state property purchased by JFCAC to support the implementation of federal, state, and local regulations and requirements at each partnership site.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains records of all QI monitoring and action plans, sharing any and all information with the</p> </li></ol> <p>Leadership Team.</p> <ol start="4"> <li> <p>Monitor DHSS licensing reports to ensure compliance with Missouri State Licensing Regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with Program Operations Coordinator to develop and maintain a system of reporting, approving, and monitoring site expenditures.</p> </li></ol> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Associate Degree in in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a closely related</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a closely related field with a minimum of 18 ECE credits preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Work experience in early childhood preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with low-income families, childcare, health or education preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervisory experience preferred.</p> </li></ol> <p>OTHER REQUIRED CAPABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Able to problem solve, handle crisis, and work with families and children of various cultures and low-income backgrounds.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to establish positive working relationships with families, agency staff, and community members.</p> </li><li> <p>Physically able to stand for long periods of time, as well as stooping, squatting, running, and lift an estimated 50 pounds.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to navigate email, internet, Microsoft Word, and other computer database programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have an active driver's license and will be required to travel in or out of community with own transportation.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced computer skills.
