Here are the details about the role:</p> <p>ABOUT THE ROLE:</p> <p>Join our mission to supply happiness to clients, communities, and your team members throughout Wisconsin! As a Window Takeoff Specialist, you will be compiling an accurate estimate of windows within a configurator based on the plan and specs provided.</p> <p>Work through daily tasks in the log efficiently and accurately:</p> <ul> <li>Perform window takeoff requests from account managers. </li><li>Communicate with account managers to ensure the builder/customer receives the desired outcome during takeoff stage and bid revisions. </li></ul> <p>Interpret project plans to accurately and efficiently estimate projects.</p> <p>Use project plans and scope of work to accurately estimate material quantities and/or material lists for project bids and/or sold projects.</p> <p>Prepare material list for quotes; route to category specialists and sales team for pricing and presentation to customer.</p> <p>Collaborate in pre-bid meetings with sales team, head coaches, and purchasing to determine viability of project.</p> <p>If you love putting clients first, contribute to teams, and are known to be a point person in your current career path, keep reading! In this position you must:</p> <ul> <li>Must be detail oriented, organized, and have strong computer skills. </li><li>Must be comfortable with computers and technology </li><li>Must be a team player </li><li>Must possess the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. </li><li>Must have high Communication - this is required at all times! </li></ul> <p>BONUS IF YOU:</p> <ul> <li>Have knowledge of windows (specifically Alliance and Anderson) and building codes. </li><li>Are able to read and interpret floor plans and layouts </li><li>Have a high level understanding of construction methods </li></ul> <p>Don't have all of these qualifications?
