Day.</p> <p>Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team!</p> <p>The Maintenance Coordinator provides support to the Director of Facilities and Projects and the Maintenance Supervisor. This support includes regulatory compliance, inventory control, contract negotiation and monitoring, and the training and competencies of staff. The Maintenance Coordinator ensures the proper level of service is offered and maintained in non-Aspirus Wausau Hospital facilities.</p> <p>The Maintenance Coordinator's role includes the buildings and grounds of Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Aspirus Clinics, Aspirus Buildings, Inc. facilities and partnership facilities Aspirus may be involved in.</p> <p>HOURS: Full Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period. Day shift.</p> <p>Experience/Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of maintenance procedures and standards is normally acquired through receipt of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>5 years' experience in a management or supervisory position in a healthcare facility in either maintenance or plant operations.
