<p>Lodi CML Production team is responsible for producing goods to Dunkin Donuts Stores. As a part of our production team, you will be assigned to a job that may require to work with machine.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Mixing dough with mixing machine </li><li>Separating / placing cut dough on the belt of proofer oven </li><li>Catching products from conveyors out of proofers & placing the products on racks </li><li>Moving the racks of products for filling, frosting & decorating </li><li>Filling, frosting & decorating products </li><li>Working with coffee roll, apple fritter machine to ovens </li><li>Feeding & operating boil out line </li><li>Frying munchkins, operating ovens </li><li>Preparing frozen raw products for baking - Bagels, muffins & croissants </li><li>Arranging baked goods for staging </li><li>Staging products according to the order of each store in routes in racks </li><li>Strict adherence to company policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>These are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.</p> <ul> <li>Able to work weekends & holidays are mandatory </li><li>Ability to push about 10-25lbs </li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule </li><li>Must be a team player </li><li>Must be self-motivated, responsible, highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced and changing environment </li><li>Must be able to work weekends and holidays </li></ul> <p>Company Introduction</p> <p>We are Central Manufacturer Location of Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Lodi NJ.</p> <p>We supply donuts and baked goods to about 400 Dunkin' retail stores currently</p>
