<p>This position has primary responsibility for coordinating delivery operations including routing, delivering and backhauling activities. This position starts at $60,000 annually.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>MAVERICK BEVERAGE COMPANY</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The Driver Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of driver associates to achieve accuracy in a variety of goals including: productivity, quality, accuracy, problem resolution, outstanding customer service, employee relations (motivation and development), and maintaining a safe work environment. The Driver Supervisor works closely with upper management to ensure operational excellence and overall facility success.</p> <p>Essential Functions (This list may not include all duties as assigned):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Directly supervises hourly associates in a fulfillment and delivery centers</p> </li><li> <p>Oversees outgoing shipping activities to ensure order accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments</p> </li><li> <p>Assists Warehouse Manager or General Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality is met</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures exceptional customer service key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, controlling breakage, meeting delivery windows, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Promotes constant and measurable improvement; teaches and enforces Company polices and best in class customer service at all times</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains a clean, professional, and safe working environment by meeting or exceeding Company safety goals</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively communicates team goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates</p> </li><li> <p>Personally coaches, trains, and mentors direct reports in order to ensure personal growth and career development</p> </li><li> <p>Establishes and maintains best in class systems and processes for the Fulfillment and Driver teams to provide quality customer service.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures the safeguard and security of Company assets.</p> </li></ul> <p>Other:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be able to travel within established geographic areas, as necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Must Meet DOT compliance and the requirements of our Driver Safety Manual (effective 1/1/24).</p> </li><li> <p>Must have reliable transportation, hold a valid drivers' license and meet company driving record & automobile insurance requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties, as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in order fulfillment.</p> </li><li> <p>3 years of management warehouse experience.</p> </li><li> <p>3 years of team supervisory experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Inventory management and control experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to maintain accurate inventory.</p> </li><li> <p>Must obtain and hold a DOT Med card and remain in DOT compliance as a condition of employment.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be flexible and able to ask questions.</p> </li><li> <p>Wine and Spirits warehouse experience is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>NetSuite's software a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Excellent math skills are essential and used daily especially when performing product movements, cycle-counts and location integrities.</p> </li><li> <p>LEADERSHIP SKILLS- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build cohesive teams is a must.
