In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, editing, and refining top-notch marketing proposals that align with client goals and expectations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Craft, edit, and refine high-quality marketing proposals that align with client goals and expectations. </li><li>Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, design, and project management, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal creation. </li><li>Build and maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other resources to enhance the proposal process. </li><li>Ensure that all proposals adhere to the company's branding, messaging, and style standards. </li><li>Perform comprehensive reviews to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client specifications. </li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and best practices in marketing and proposal writing. </li><li>Handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in marketing proposal writing or a similar role. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. </li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing proposals and related writing samples. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (preferably InDesign and Photoshop). </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
