<p>Position#Summary Provides clinical services and therapy for program clients and their family members impacted by behavioral health and substance use disorders. Primary Position Responsibilities Provides behavioral health and substance misuse clinical services for the program client and their families. Maintains compliance with all standards of JCAHO, Department of Health, DCF, CSOC, regulatory agencies, and specialty recommendations. Maintains Patient Safety. Documentation of Care. Professional Development. All other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: Master#s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: Experience in behavioral health services and substance use in adults and/or adolescents. Preferred: Counseling in mental health and substance misuse with adolescents and families License, Registry or Certification: Required: License eligible in Mental Health Field by the State of New Jersey. Preferred: NJ License LAC or LSW, CPR Certification Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Clinical training in family systems. Ability to work with impaired adolescents. Must have the ability to facilitate groups. Experience in Crisis Intervention. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to organize and prioritize, works effectively in stressful situations Clinician demonstrates knowledge of evidenced based practices in the provision of care included but not limited to: Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Universal Screening for SUD.
