<p>Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a community bank in Wisconsin in the search for a Senior Credit Analyst.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze commercial credit opportunities, including financial statements, cash flow, and risk factors. </li><li>Prepare clear, concise credit memos with well-supported recommendations. </li><li>Partner with lenders to structure deals and assess risk. </li><li>Monitor existing credits and identify potential concerns or opportunities. </li><li>Support the overall credit quality of the loan portfolio. </li><li>Coach, mentor, and help train junior Credit Analysts. </li><li>Contribute to the development of best practices and credit standards. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience. </li><li>Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills. </li><li>Ability to evaluate complex credit structures and risk profiles. </li><li>Experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior team members. </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. </li></ul>
