<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Account Executive is the primary interface that is responsible for the development of business relationships with current ALLDATA Collision customers. They will provide post-sales support to current ALLDATA Collision customers, identify and grow sales opportunities in assigned territories. Product development support, post sales relations, customer retention, sales skills, follow-up and action planning are key elements of this position.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:</p> <ul> <li>Onboard/Welcome and setup new customers </li><li>Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers </li><li>Contact customers to review their business and ensure customer loyalty/retention </li><li>Take ownership of customer issues and drives to resolution in a timely manner and keep track of all processes that pertain to customer requests </li><li>Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs </li><li>Renew existing subscriptions </li><li>Identify sales opportunities to increase customer profitability and drive company revenue </li><li>Work with other departments to deliver maximum customer retention, sales revenue and net sales profit </li><li>Actively participate in customer support call queue daily </li><li>Train, educate, and consult customers on how to best use their ALLDATA products </li><li>Achieve daily and weekly key performance indicators to ensure maximum territory coverage </li><li>Maintain availability within scheduled shift to be accessible to clients when needed </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School graduate or GED certificate </li><li>5 years' account management or sales experience </li><li>Ability and willing to sell/upsell to existing customer experience </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships within the ALLDATA </li><li>Problem solving, organizational, and time management skills </li><li>Strong listening and communication skills </li><li>Self-motivated/self-starter with strong work ethic </li><li>Ability to maintain composure and professionalism with customers and colleagues </li><li>Bi-lingual is a plus </li><li>Automotive knowledge is a plus </li><li>Proven ability to work independently </li><li>Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel </li><li>Minimal domestic travel may be required (less than 10%) </li></ul> <p>The base salary for this position is $68,640 with the potential to earn up to $90,000 OTE. ALLDATA values and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.</p> <p>Compensation Range (USD): MIN 40500.0 - MID 57500.0 - MAX 74500.0</p>
