<p>About the team & Opportunity:</p> <p>NeuroFlow is seeking a part-time Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team in a telehealth setting. We offer strong support to our clinical staff so you can focus on what matters most-delivering high-quality patient care. If you're passionate about mental health and looking to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to have you on our team!</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform initial mental health diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations. </li><li>Develop an individualized, prescriptive treatment plan to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria. </li><li>Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients (socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation etc.) exclusively through the telehealth modality </li><li>Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by standards of care. </li><li>Participate in treatment meetings, consultation, and collaboration with members of clinical team. </li><li>Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Relevant and active LPC licensed in PA </li><li>Certified and / or experienced in common therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT and Motivational Interviewing </li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, positive relationship building skills and critical analysis. </li><li>Flexibility and ability to adjust to needs of clinic partners (e.g., same-day appointments, patients in crisis, technology outages, etc.) </li><li>Well versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting and concurrent documentation </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Relevant and active LPC licensed in NJ </li><li>Experienced in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness </li><li>Experienced in caring for patients with co-occurring substance use disorders </li><li>Previous telemedicine experience and skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients </li></ul>
