They optimize every stage, from product discovery to post-purchase, strengthening the trust between buyers, sellers, and the e-commerce platform.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for e-Commerce solutions for TikTok Shop in the US. </li><li>Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, return, and refund, etc. </li><li>Building scalable, maintainable, and extendable design and code, and clear documentation for a fast-growing product team.Minimum Qualifications: </li><li>Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions. </li><li>3+ years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Golang/Python/Scala/C++ programming languages. </li><li>Experience in software programming capabilities, exhibits good code design and coding style. </li><li>Experience in understanding data structure, algorithm design, analysis, and highly scalable systems design. </li><li>Experience in product and business understanding, able to align product engineering directions to support current and future products and business. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>E-commerce industry experience is preferred. </li><li>Understanding of observability, reliability, and performance optimization for large-scale systems. </li><li>Passion for programming, strong learning ability, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset toward staying current with industry technologies. </li></ul>
